Settings
Settings is where you configure Terra to fit your preferences — your profile, how the app looks and behaves, notification behaviour, and account security.
The four sections

Navigate to Settings from the main menu, then tap any card to open that section.
Profile
Update your avatar, bio, birthday, and any body metrics you want to track (height, weight, etc.). Location fields let you set home and work locations for context across Terra.
Appearance
Theme — switch between Light and Dark mode.
Haptic feedback — toggle device vibration for actions like completing a habit or saving an entry. Useful to disable on devices where vibration is intrusive.
Calendar colours — customise which colour represents each data type in the Calendar grid cells. Lets you visually distinguish between moods, workouts, events, and other entry types at a glance.
Notifications
Push notifications — enable or disable all push notifications from Terra.
Care alerts — custom alert types for specific nudges (e.g., reminders to log your mood, check in on a habit).
Zen mode — a do-not-disturb toggle that silences Terra notifications during focused periods.
Account & Security
Integrations — connect and manage third-party services linked to Terra.
Media tags and genres — manage the custom tags and genre options used across your Media section.
Storage — view your current storage usage and quota.
Install Terra — a prompt to install Terra as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device for a native app-like experience.
Sign out — signs you out of your current session.
Delete account — permanently removes your account and all data. This requires confirmation and cannot be undone.
